Register Early, event will fill up.

Open to teams of any Affiliation. Winter is part of the Toast of the Coast Volleyball Series. Winners will receive a free entry into the Coastal Classic Volleyball Championships June 6/7, 2026.
Spectator wristbands

Wristbands are required for tournament entry and will only be sold on-site. 2 Day Weekend passes are $25 and a daily pass is $15. Kids 12 and under are free. Wristbands must be attached to the person and presented at all times. Lost wristbands must be repurchased.

Sale Hours:

All Day Saturday and Sunday at each location

* To save yourself time bring exact change. Credit and debit cards take a bit longer. Friday nights are much less crowded. No checks.

Merchandise Sales

Events t-shirts and merchandise is available at the location. Every year we sell out so getting there early is important. Vendors will also be on hand — support local.

*A service fee is required for credit and debit card sales.

Food Options

No outside Food can be brought into the facilities. Locations will have concessions and food options on-site.

Hours/Team Schedules

Team schedules will be available the week prior to the event. Facility will open at 7am each day. All scheduled matches will be available on AES and can be accessed using a smart phone. www.advancedeventsystems.com The morning wave will begin play at 8am. Teams playing and working the first match must be courtside 20 minutes prior to play. After play begins schedule times may vary. The afternoon wave will start no earlier than 3pm. Teams playing and working the first match must be courtside 20 minutes prior to play. *Teams are responsible for knowing their schedules and will be penalized for missed assignments.

Team Information

Check-In

Team check-in will take place at the Myrtle Beach Convention Center Friday evening from 6pm – 8pm and Saturday from 7:00am until 8:30am and 1pm to 2:30pm at each location.

Required: A coach or team rep must present A Roster to receive player badges and coaches wristbands. A maximum of 15 player badges and 3 staff wristbands are allowed.

*Coaches must have the wristbands on.
