I wanted to sincerely thank you and your team for an incredible week at the Myrtle Beach Convention Center in Myrtle Beach, SC. The visit was extremely successful because of the close coordination between Myrtle Beach Convention Center Staff, White House Advance Staff, United States Secret Service, and The White House Military Office. I cannot over emphasize the importance of a helpful, attenuative, and gracious host and the Myrtle Beach Convention Center team was just that.

I was also impressed by the Myrtle Beach Convention Center itself. The convenient layout, ease of access by trucks having both loading docks, multiple large garage doors and safe onsite event parking was impressive and made my job much easier from beginning to end. Everyone we worked with, including electricians, stage set-up crews and maintenance staff, exemplified southern hospitality at it best.

For more than 25 years, the Myrtle Beach Convention Center has been a valued partner in helping us host this event. Throughout that time, your staff has consistently demonstrated professionalism, flexibility, and a commitment to customer service that has contributed greatly to the success of our convention. We value that partnership and look forward to working together for many years to come.

As our convention continues to grow, we would also like to respectfully share several observations regarding future facility needs. Attendance and participation have increased to the point that additional meeting and event space would be extremely beneficial. Specifically, larger ballroom space would provide greater flexibility for our general sessions and large gatherings, while larger workshop rooms would better accommodate the strong attendance we regularly experience in many of our breakout sessions.

The Myrtle Beach Convention Center (MBCC) is an ideal location for Gaither Fest, our annual concert weekend attended by thousands of people from across the United States and beyond. The venue's spacious walkways, generous seating, not to mention quick access to lodging, the ocean, and seemingly limitless dining options, has helped us make Gaither Fest a highly anticipated gathering place each October!

Customer service and attention to detail by the Sheraton and MBCC staff is exemplary. The facility is wonderful and the staff amazing; their job is conferences/conventions and they do it well. Our conference ran more smoothly this year than it ever has; we had no idea what we were missing until we came to the MBCC!

All of the staff at the hotel and convention center was very friendly and always ready to help with any need we had. From the loading dock staff to the banquet setup folks, everybody was very friendly . We are planning to return to Myrtle Beach in 2012. The Sheraton Myrtle Beach Convention Center (MBCC) Hotel is the perfect venue for us. We love the city, and our attendees will be excited to return.
