Chris Lindstrom joined the convention center in 2019, as the Concession Manager. His foodservice experience and adaptable nature make him an essential member of the convention center's team. Chris studied Business Administration in Western New York and worked for Anheuser-Bush and Chick-fil-A. As the Concession Manager, his duties involve overseeing all aspects of the concession outlets.

While the majority of his day is spent indoors, Chris believes in the importance of Vitamin D. Whether it's taking in rays at the beach, fishing with friends, or competitively golfing the back nines, he enjoys coastal living. Even though Chris works around food daily, dining out is one of his guilty pleasures. So much so his friends recognize him as a food connoisseur and encourage him to become a restaurant blogger.
